Instructions For Use
As a relaxant: swallow 1-2 caplets with water as needed 3 times daily, preferably before meals. For insomnia: 1-3 caplets, half to one hour before retiring. Children: half adult dose.

I took beta blockers for 1 month and had ok success. Since I have been taking the Calms 3 in the A.M. It has calmed me down and doesn't seem as bad.
